Katy Hamlin, senior in the Medical Laboratory Science Public Health concentration program, won First Place in the nationwide ISEP (International Student Exchange Program) photo contest for her study-abroad year (2008-09) in Italy where she attended the Università degli Studi di Urbino "Carlo Bo".
